Toledo Bend Reservoir is located on the Sabine River and shares its water with both Texas and Louisiana. The lake was constructed by the Sabine River Authority of Texas, and the Sabine River Authority of Louisiana, primarily for the purposes of water supply, hydroelectric power generation, and recreation. Finding a house is easy - finding the community that embraces your lifestyle can be the challenge! I’ve had the good fortune to call Hemphill my home for nearly 20 years, and for me, it’s been wonderful!
